Great source of fibre due to the black bean, apple and carob content (especially soluble fibre.) The nuts, seeds, beans and coconut oil help to offset the fruit sugars and stabilise the rise in blood sugar levels, making it a good snack or sweet treat. This is further enhanced by serving with kefir quark due to the fat and protein content.
